Heroes for Autism 5K Race and Mile Run/Walk

We  invite runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to come out  dressed as your favorite superhero and help raise awareness and  acceptance of autism.  Register for the virtual event to run or walk at home in your city with family and friends.  Vendors will be onsite to provide information about their services. There will be fun games, music, a bounce house as well as pizza and beer for a donation. Fleet Feet will provide course design and timing. There will be Superfriends joining us as heroes available for pictures.

If you can't run, please come out and show your support for participants and help raise awareness and acceptance of autism.

 Children 11 and under are free with a paid registration.  Group registrations can be made by visiting our race page at https://raceroster.com/events/2023/73653/heroes-for-autism-5k-and-1-mile.

Awards to top 2 male and top 2 female finishers.

*The 5k and Mile will be timed.

 Thursday, July 13th from 3:00 - 6:30 p.m. at Fleet Feet Des Peres located at 11731 Manchester Rd, St. Louis, MO 63131.

Tickets

Early Bird Registration fee: $35 for 5k and $25 for Mile. Kids 10 and under are free with a paid registration. Registration fee will increase to $45 for 5k and $35 for mile May 1, 2023.

*All tickets are nonrefundable. The event will be held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather the event may be cancelled or the start delayed.
